Bio Orbs 04

Libby Nguyen’s Bio Orbs began as a series of resin and organic filaments used to create desktop-sized sculptures featuring abstracted, semi-transparent loosely circular forms. Accompanying the physical works  was a series of limited-edition prints on premium 300gsm archival paper where the forms are given heightened formality through a treatment that emulates professional portrait lighting. This latest series, as well as the Glow series, are available exclusively through Z/Editions and Ardstrum.
