From an active stance favoring logical gun control and improved mental health programs to the thousands of artists who have called for immediate justice for victims of sexual abuse at the hands of some of the world’s most powerful men, Paul’s poignant visual reminders probe our senses while questioning what we’re made of as a society. The original 2026 Stand Up series featured complex hybrid bases with JP Paul’s signature multi-layered acrylic paint, mark making, and pigment ink of abstracted digital imagery.
